Description (partial)

Symptom:
HTTPS requests to valid sites signed by GlobalSign can be blocked or can result in a warning message from WSA because WSA can improperly detect the GlobalSign Root certificate as expired

Conditions:
HTTPS proxy is enabled on WSA and a HTTPS site signed by GlobalSign root certificate is accessed via the WSA appliance
