Symptom: Under interface superscription condition we might see the following error message on router console: %CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUS: SIP0: cmcc: A PLIM driver informational error TXMC0 - txmcBufferOverflow, block 1f count c8 Conditions: When "fair-queue" is used in QoS policy-map, under interface subscription condition the flow-control between BQS and SPA might excommunicate, hence the error message is printed. %CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUS: SIP0: cmcc: A PLIM driver informational error TXMC0 - txmcBufferOverflow, block 1f count c8
