Symptom: In changing the port channel mode from static to LACP mode active or passive on a range of port channels members in a vPC environment (and also from active or passive to static mode, the previous mode may remain the port channel members. The mode of the port channel member is not consistent at the 2 vPC switches. On detecting this type I vPC consistency, the vPC module makes the channel members down in the vPC slave switch. - "sh port-channel summary" to see the status of members. - "sh vpc consistency-parameters interface" to see the mode and lag_id on local and remote switches - "sh vpc" to see the vPC port-channel status. Conditions: There are 2 CLIs to change modes on a range of port channel member interfaces. The channel mode is negated ("no channel-groupr"), followed by the new mode ("channel-group <po> [mode [active | passive]]. When these 2 CLIs are applied to vPC primary switch and then to the vPC secondary switch, the above symptoms can occur. Defect was observed in both N3000 and N3500 images.
