Description (partial)

Intermittently, a user at a 6945 phone running SCCP firmware does not hear ringback tone, also known as alerting tone, when they dial an internal or external phone number. Analysis of CUCM CallManager service traces and packet captures taken at the phone show CUCM is sending a SCCP message to play AlertingTone, and the phone is receiving the message.

Issue noted on SCCP 9-3-3-2-SR1 and SCCP 9-4-1-3 firmware for 6945 phones only.

Здравствуйте. CUCM 9.1. Переодически на телефонах пропадает КПВ, просто при звонке с одного внутреннего телефона на другой тишина. Сам разговор идет нормально в обе стороны. В чем может быть проблема? Что смотреть?
