Description (partial)

Symptom:
When selecting "update all" for firmware upgrade in the Host Upgrade Utility for a server which has more than one P81E adapter, only the first P81E firmware upgrade will be successful.  The update needs to be run a second time for the second adapter to be upgraded.  This is the expected behavior but it is not documented.

Conditions:
This is present for a UCS C series including the C460 with two P81E adapter for an upgrade with the Host Upgrade Utility, including upgrade to 1.5(2) or 1.5(4).
