Known Affected Releases
Symptom: A Guest Sponsor Mapping Report shows the Sponsor as GuestAction instead of the sponsor who created the account. Conditions: This is seen when the sponsor is associated to the SponsorGroupGrpAccount. Observed in the following sequence of events: -Sponsor creates a guest account -Run a "Guest Sponsor Mapping" report and the Sponsor (who just created the Guest account) is displayed in the Sponsor column. -Guest then goes to guest portal and enters their credentials. -Rather than hitting submit, they hit Change Password -Once they hit change password and a subsequent "Guest Sponsor Mapping" report is Run the Sponsor field shows GuestAction instead. This results in the inability of ISE admins to properly track which sponsor created the guest account. Not seen if the sponsor is associated to any other sponsor group (sponsor group, sponsor all).
