Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multi-line failed when the hunt pilot in CUCM is dialed and CUCM directs it to one of the non-ACD lines on the agent phone. Agent state mistakenly becomes reserved or other incorrect states.

Conditions:
PG configured for "all lines" mode and for ACD lines to go to "not ready" when non-ACD line is in use.
The non-ACD lines are a member of a hunt group in CUCM.
