Description (partial)

Problem Statement / SYMPTOM:
CHGRP entry is not getting delete after DB deletion

Steps to recreate:
1)create Channel Group in PBR1.
2)Port channel is up and running.
3)Then configure any service with this CH group and check traffic is fine.
4)Delete the DB by changing the Mode from CTC to IOS then to CTC or try to delete the DB in IOS by flmDeleteDB
5)Now goto Channel group creation tab you can see the CHGRP entry with ID 0 (shown in the Screenshots)
6)Try to delete that entry in CTC it gives an error 
7)Try to open that error it display a tab without proper information.
8)Create a new CH and try to add that in any service(VPLS,PWE3), but its doesnot show any CHGRP entry.

 I have tried in all possible scenarios flmDeletedb,Cleared Cache and relaunch the CTC but still issue is seen.
