Symptom:
Chat is not working properly on customer iPhone devices.

Issue details: 
Customer can start chat on his iPhone, the font is showing very small. Whenever they try to zoom in the screen to make the font readable, chat stuck completely, and customer wont be able to answer back the chat agent.


Conditions:
CIM 9.0.2
Chat is working fine on customer desktop PCs or laptops. 
Chat is working fine on Android devices.  
iPhone 4 is working fine. 
Issue only with iPhone 5.
