Description (partial)

Symptom:
When user log in with cup+ucm mode, and then user password gets changed by admin, the new password would not become effective after user triggers app's reconnection for the first time, e.g connect mobile phone to some other network. But it would become effective after a second time reconnection is triggered. After that, user is automatically signed out from app, and he/she needs to input new password to sign back in.

Conditions:
-provision app with cup+ucm>all services are connected
-log in ucm server>user management>end users>update user password>save
-turn off/turn on wifi from mobile phone,so phone service can start to reconnect(result1)
-turn off/turn on wifi from mobile phone,so phone service can start to reconnect again(result2)

RESULT
==========
-phone service can still get reconnected with old password.wait for even 10 minutes, phone service is still connected, and app still remains signed in. make call from app, it works as normal.
-after phone service is reconnected, wait for a few seconds, user is kicked out to sign in screen
