Description (partial)

Symptom:
Not require to change password for user's  after enabled Strong Security

Conditions:
Login to C90 Web Interface
Create two user's one user (user 1) with admin access and another one (user 2) is with normal user access
Goto Security under configuration Tab
Click Enable Strong Security Mode button
After reboot , login to C90 with created user (user 1)
