Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Command config upload/config network can not restore "hardware deduplication" settings.

This configuration in GUI is here;
Setup > Traffic  > Hardware Deduplication

Conditions:
In NAM5.1.3.
Using command config upload/config network for backup and restore the configuration
