Symptom: ZOOM out Key should be consistent across all the graph of RTMT Conditions: If we open RTMT go to IM and Presence --->Cisco Jabber Summay if we take mouse pointer in the graph it say use R for zoooming out, If we go to Voice/ Video --->Services--->heartbeat here for zoomout we have to letter 'z' this option should be same across whole RTMT tool
