Description (partial)

Symptom:
Volume increases without the Volume APP while the HDMI & composite are connected together when video is viewed through Composite in TV.

Conditions:
Connect HDMI & Composite together, and change the Volume settings from Variable to fixed and then to variable and increase the volume and observe.
