Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call gets disconnected after 12 sec of forwarding to Voicemail.
When customer call from Jabber to a DN forwarded to the voicemail, the call is dropped

Conditions:
This issue occurs when the video bandwidth is less than the audio bandwidth
