Description (partial)

Symptom:
On 78xx (7821, 7841, 7861) phones, "Call transferred successfully" is not displayed after an on-hook transfer.

This occurs when the service parameter "Transfer on-hook enabled" is set to True, and on-hook is used instead of the two-step Transfer button method.

Conditions:
"Transfer on-hook enabled" service parameter set to True
