Cisco Bug: CSCun09034 - Doc : parser 'terminal pager' explanation is not accurate

Description (partial)

Symptom:
'terminal pager' explanation is not accurate.

As per Command Reference guide, 'terminal pager' is only for the current session:
----
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/command-reference/cmdref/t1.html#pgfId-1561853

This command changes the pager line setting only for the current Telnet session. To save a new default pager setting to the configuration, use the pager command.
----

But, in fact, ASA will re-initiate the pager value in current thread from the running-config only when run the cmd 'login' at user EXEC mode or run the cmd "enable" to enter the execution mode.

This is current implementation, not a defect.

If ASA has many lines of 'banner exec xx', there is a possibility that the output is suppressed by unexpected '--- More---' before ASA displays user EXEC prompt.
Automatic configuration script/tool can't work correctly due to this suppression.

To avoid confusion, these documents should be corrected to add above information.
