Cisco Bug: CSCun08202 - Issue while creating Credential Policy from Subscriber.

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Database communication error along with "Error occurred. One or more record did not get deleted. Cannot make changes to OR delete a device while a user is logged in" when an attempt to dlete the policy is performed.

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin from Subscriber.
2)Access the path User Mangement->User Settings->Credential Policy.
3)Add a new credential policy by name "b" as display name and click on save button.

Case 1:
Following warning as well as status message is displayed..
Error: [3807] Database communication error. Please check log file
Add successful.

The addition of policy is successful and error message foxes the user about it not being created.

4)Navigate to Find and List Credential Policy page and make an attempt to delete the entry added in previous step by click on delete button after click on check box against policy to be deleted.

 Delete operation fails at first attempt and check box gets unchecked without dleting the policy.. however status message indicates 1 records deleted which is not proper(as record is not deleted at all)

Second attempt to delete the policy is successful..however message mentioned below is seen
Error occurred. One or more record did not get deleted. Cannot make changes to OR delete a device while a user is logged in
