Symptom:
SIP trunk fields SIP Trunk Status & SIPTrunk Duration info not available

Conditions:
On following the path(https://cucmip/ccmadmin -> Device -> Trunk),Add one SIP Trunk with Valid/Invalid/Mutiple(Invalid/Valid) to the SIP Trunk list

1) There was no info available for the Trunk info about
 
  i)  Trunk status -- Full Service,No Service & Partial Service.
  ii)  Trunk Duration - Total Time Sip Trunk its up/down.
  iii)  Trunk Status Description -
        Full Service(alarm - SIPTrunkISV) status --> Shown when the Remote Peer is available & COnnected.
        No Service(SIPTrunkOOS) status --> shown when all the Remote peers are down & disconnected.
         Partial Service(SIP TrunkPartiallyIS) --> Shown when few Remote peers are up &
 few are down
