Description (partial)

Ad insertion input streams are shown as present in the DCM input tree view and cannot be deleted anymore although the Ad input stream is no longer present on the DCM input.

Ad Insertion (SCTE-30/35 splicing) is enabled on an output service.
The issue will occur if the Ad stream was not present at the moment of splicing causing the splice to be failed 
(no video tail).
