Description (partial)
Symptom: CUIC resets user roles for all users in 'CUIC user list' assigned under Security --> User List in co-resident CUIC for UCCX 9.x. Conditions: User roles are custom configured in user list. CUIC specific roles are changed by the user such as Dashboard Designer, Report Designer, Report Definition Designer, Value List Collection Designer, Login User, System Configuration Administrator, Security Administrator, etc. This happens when a new user is added as a reporting user under CCX appadmin --> User Management --> Reporting capability view.
