Symptom: CSM Event Viewer stops logging events for several hours before recovering without any User intervention. Clicking on "View IP Events" during this time - produces a pop-up error;- "An internal error has occurred while performing the requested operation. Please retry the operation" Conditions: Occurs at 00:00 (midnight) GMT
