Cisco Bug: CSCun06398 - Cisco Flex Flash OS Driver Update is failing

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The customer is using the SCU to update the virtual drive (OS Drivers) on the Flex Flash card.
The virtual drive (USB) designated for the OS Drivers is close to 7GB. The 1.5.4 ISO file is just under 6GB. The customer is attempting to update the virtual drive using a local network drive that contains the ISO image of the 1.5.4 OS drivers.  I have verified via WebEx that the customer is following the documented procedure to accomplish this task.

SCU version 3.1(5b) -- SCU version 3.1(5g) was used in the lab and I can recreate the customers issue.

OS Drivers currently at 1.5.3.1, customer is attempting to upgrade to 1.5.4.
