Description (partial)

Symptom:
When data interface is configured under RISE, SPAN related configuration is added to data interface, same is not removed when RISE configuration is removed. This happens only when we have F2 and M1 cards in the same VDC (mixed vdc scenario).

Conditions:
service type rise name RISE-NAM-1 mode direct
  vlan 172
  ip 172.23.228.133 255.255.254.0
