Symptom:
Problem Description:
When user logs in with one of user account he is able to pull reports for people in his department if he goes to Top N and any report under that for example "By charge" or "By duration" he can view data for his the people reporting to him. But the same does not work for Bills -- >> Department Menu, it pulls up a blank report.
