Description (partial)

Symptom:
802.1x Authentication failure on 6901 phones - SIP Firmware

6901 phones using LSC does not send its certificate during the EAP-TLS Authentication Process.
On the radius server we can see authentication timeout.
The radius server is sending long TLS certificates (over 4096 bytes) whereas phone is just handling 2600 to 4096 bytes
