Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CTI DN configuration, Associate End User is not rightly placed

Conditions:
From CMUI Admin page go to ----->CTI ROute Point---->Add New CTI Route Point--->once succesfull--->add new DN by clicking hyper link of the DN in the botton--->Add new DN and save button, in this page the tabs like 

Add Enterprise Alternate Number
Add +E.164 Alternate Number

are in LHS but the in last box  Associate End User in Users Associated with Line is not exactly towards LHS, it should be towards extrem left like other two tab mentioned above
