Symptom:
CMI service needs to be removed from RTMT as well

Conditions:
CMI Service still showing up on RTMT Performance Counter

1) Path - Login to RTMT ->System -> Performance Counter
2) Under Performance Counter list,Its displaying Cisco Messaging Interface Service with their list of sub counters under CMI
   i) HeartBeat
   ii) SMDIMessageCountInbound
   iii) SMDIMessageCountInbound24Hours
   iv) SMDIMessageCountOutbound
   v) SMDIMessageCountOutbound24Hours
   vi) StartTime
3) Problem would be --End user might use these Counters to create a User defined Alerts & expect to trigger the Alert.But this service functionality completely removed from CUCM Serviceability
