Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Roles namely Remove CCMUser: Allowed or Blocked Lists , CCMUser: Alternate Numbers,CCMUser: Personal Address Book  and CCMUser: Fast Dials  not supported by Self Care Portal and hence needs to be removed from CCMAdmin UI

The CCMUser Role Configuration page needs a revisit as most of the contents are not appropriate to the Self Care Portal

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path User Management->User Settings->Role.
3)For Cisco Call Manager End User application ..the following resources are irrelevant..they being
CCMUser: Alternate Numbers,CCMUser: Personal Address Book  and CCMUser: Fast Dials  as the Self Care Portal is yet to support these resources.

The CCM End User should be relevant to the Resources supported by Self Care and Resource Access Information should be revisited..
