Symptom:
In the existing documentation, http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/collaboration/CWMS/b_administrationGuide_chapter_01010.html#task_3E78799F3A634A39B7150C19851D6636, 
we state the following:

Step 6  	The current system status is displayed in the right column of the page.
System status can be

Good—All services on your system are operating.
Down—All services on your system are not running.


This information is incorrect and lacks details. The status can be GOOD, FAIR, and POOR. We need detailed explanation of these statuses.

Furthermore, when you run a Customer Report, and look at the MeetingReport.csv, often we see meetings' status as being neither GOOD, FAIR or POOR, but UNKNOWN. 
What does UNKNOWN mean?
