Description (partial)

Symptom:
Once the primary server goes down and the backup rserver takes over, the sticky entry for the primary rserver properly gets updated to point to the backup rserver. But once the primary rserver goes back into Operational state, the sticky entry does not get updated to point to the primary rserver, and the connections will remain stuck to the backup rserver.

Conditions:
Primary rserver goes down, and backup rserver takes over for the sticky connections.
