Display name is not coming in EX90

Steps to Reproduce:

1.	Register EX60 and EX90 in CUCM 
2.	Set EX60 and EX90 language to "Japanese"
3.	In CUCM ->EX60 Phone Page->Choose the user locale as "Japanese " language
4.	In CUCM ->EX60 DN page -> Set the display name in Japanese language
5.	Make a call from EX60 to EX90 
6.	"Display name " is not coming in EX90
