Symptom:
Real Time Trace Nodes dropdown shown blank & not listing any nodes(not displaying publisher/Subscriber's hostname/ip)

Conditions:
1)  Login to RTMT, Goto System -> Tools -> Trace & Log Central -> Real Time Trace 

2)  Hit either View Real Time Data or Monitor User Event
