Description (partial)

Symptom:
Not able to upload photo by clicking on contacts icon in contacts app

Conditions:
1. Create few contacts locally on endpoint.
2. Select any contact and click on contact icon, by clicking on contacts icon we get options to upload photo selecting any 2 options "Take Photo" and "Choose photo from Gallery".
3. Select any of the options to upload photo to the contact.

Expected Behavior: By selecting any of the option displayed to upload photo, picture should be uploaded successfully to the contact.

Actual behavior: Picture is not successfully uploaded to the contact by selecting either of the options provided.
