Symptom:
WebEx Login issue with proxy digest authentication.

Unable to log in to webex the first time when configuring webex using digest authentication.User will be prompted with a toast that says " cannot cannot to server, check network settings " . Similarly , creating the first meeting would also toast the same error.

Conditions:
1 - Setup Proxy server with Digest authentication.
2 - Restart the proxy server so that the cache will be cleared from the proxy server. (The issue is likely to happen in such cases
