Description (partial)

Currently ISE supports SMS (Short Text Message) for guest users created by sponsors. Guest password is generated randomly when sponsor creates account. That password is send in SMS message via external Mail2SMS gateway. Guest user receives SMS with the password and can authenticate.

Customers would like to use SMS based authentication for all users. That should be One Time Password (OTP). Random SMS for each authentication should be created and delivered to the end user. New External Identity Store should be created and Mail2SMS gateway configured there. That identity store could be used for authentication rules.
