Cisco Bug: CSCun01892 - BulkAdmin Saving excel files:ModPhoneFeature replaces provider with MAC

Symptom: Customer tried to export; get the "Excel Identity input file" by search "Device" -> "Device Name" and select "excel Identity input file" via ""Bulk Administration". The csv files which has been exported was corrupted so MS Excel could not be opened and generates an error "File error:: data may have been lost" Conditions: A relative issue was marked as BZ21281 as well in VoSS and has been fixed in usm-8.1.2 Platform: 4.4.1+0.4.300 USM Version: VOSS 811-er3 Details: When exporting the Phone Cascaded Delete identity file, have found that the ProviderName data is in column A and should be in Column B. And the MAC addresses are appearing twice with different data in each column.
