Known Affected Releases

4.5(0)SP0(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:The device's corresponding config is not changed after selecting a policy(i.e. telnet timeout on ASA), right-click on that policy, and select 'Unassign Policy'.

After 'Unassign Policy' is selected, the "Policy Assigned" identifier changes from "--local--" to "--none--".

The non-change can be detected when previewing the config Delta. The delta does not contain the desired change, which is to restore the system default config for that policy.
Conditions:- So far, seen on ASAs and FWSM devices.
- CSM 4.5
