Cisco Bug: CSCun00901 - After cluster health restored, Admin UI will not work

Last Modified

Nov 18, 2015

Products (1)

  • Cisco Jabber Guest

Known Affected Releases

10.0(2)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a Jabber Guest cluster transitions from an unhealthy to a healthy state, the UI Admin will not work until the Tomcat service is restarted.

Conditions:
Seen with Jabber Guest 10.0(2) when a cluster is recovered from an unhealthy state. An unhealthy cluster only has one stable node (PRIMARY OR SECONDARY). A healthy cluster will have one PRIMARY and at least one SECONDARY server.

This is resolved with Jabber Guest version 10.5(1) and higher.
