Symptom: Click on IM and Presence plugin under Help tab in RTMT results in 2 copies of OLH getting displayed. Conditions: 1)Launch RTMT. 2)Accessing the path Help->Plugins->IM and Presence results in 2 copies of OLH instead of 1 copy getting displayed.
