Description (partial)

Symptom:
Endpoints are still consuming advanced licenses even after profiling is disabled, authorization policies do not use profiling and the endpoint is not assigned to any policy or group and device is not registered via My Devices Portal.

Conditions:
ISE Does not have My Device Registration Portal Enabled

ISE Does not have any policy attempting to profile the device

ISE PSN has profiling service disabled

Endpoint is not assigned to a policy or group

Advanced License is still consumed with authentication.
