Description (partial) 

Symptom:
ENE node went UNKNOWN in CTC after GNE node TNC reset

Conditions:
1. Have a 3 node setup with GNE and ENE enabled.
2. Do dual TNC hard/soft reset
3. One of a ENE node showing UNKNOWN in CTC.
4. Able to reach the ENE node from GNE node's TNC.
5. Attached the logs
6. Observing this issue sometimes while doing single TNC reset or TNC SSO too.
