Symptom:
Issue:
Are is repeated twice in the Call History option of 10.0.1 Self-Care Portal when two phones are assigned to a single user

Conditions:
Details:
 1)	Assign two phones for single user in Unified CM
2)	Open the self-care portal https://<UnifiedCMIP>/ucmuser
3)	Login with the owner user id and the password
4)	Navigate to Phone Settings page. Under Phone Settings select the Call History option. 
5)	Check for the line displayed under the option Call History. are are the same is displayed
