Description (partial)

Symptom:

Error message displayed when deleting default partition not userfriendly

Conditions:

1) When trying to delete default partition: Directory URI, proper user friendly error message is displayed:
"Delete failed. The Directory URI partition cannot be deleted."

2) when trying to delete the rest of the default partitions (given below), error message displayed is not user friendly:
"Delete failed. The null (pkid in the routepartition table) in the database is being referenced from another table. Please check the null dependency records, remove the reference,and then try the delete again."
3) CLicking on dependency records shows zero dependent records.
