Symptom:
Checkpoint encoding failures are seen in "show srp checkpoint statistics"

Conditions:
These are seen during test for ICSR when the checkpoint collection happens for set of calls which are in handoff pending state. 
The calls will be check-pointed after handoff is successful and this will not have impact on calls or call-loss
