Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traceback is seen with CPU hog messages when applying egress policy-map on L3VPN VRF Interface

Conditions:
Egress policy applied on a physical port which has EFPs under it. Egress policy should have parent policy with match on large number of Vlans.
