Symptom:
When using an upstream/downstream proxy configuration, its possible for http requests to be sent as https requests.  Depending on the web server being contacted, this request may succeed or fail.

Conditions:
Issue occurs when http and https requests are going through to the web server, and you need to close a https request while its being established, to trip the defect.
