Description (partial)
Symptom: IPv4 MDT routes are not received from RR if neighbor reload or redundancy switch-over The sh bgp summary will show the neighbor state as "NoNeg(Idle)" Conditions: neighbor and UUT have a BGP adjacency neighbor (in the case is a c10k) is running 12.2(33)SB, 12.2(33)SRB to 12.2(33)SRE UUT is running XE3.4 or after BGP Graceful-restart is enabled More than 1 address-families are enabled on BGP, in the case were VPNv4 and IPv4 MDT. Any kind of peering, in the case it was PE(neighbor)-RR(UUT). But the same issue can apply to other BGP peering scenario. UUT is non-passive mode (default)
