Description (partial)

Symptom:
When deploying the Cisco Aironet Access Point Module for Wireless Security and Spectrum Intelligence (WSSI) with the customer's 3600 series access points, it will not utilize the MSE wIPS Monitor Mode license as viewed on Prime Infrastructure if the AP is not configured as mode: local/monitor, submode: wips and advanced wips engine enabled.

In local mode, AP radios will be in local mode, while the module radio will be in monitor mode.
In monitor mode, AP and module radios will be in monitor mode.

Wips on WSSI module APs
