Symptom:
When upgrading Jabber on cloud deployment wrong notification is presented to user, "Cisco WebEx Connect version 9.6.0. is now available. You must upgrade to this version to continue using WebEx Connect... ".

Conditions:
Upgrade Jabber from 9.2 to 9.6
